Terms of Service

The rules for using WIMAX, including the responsibility to record meetings lawfully and review AI-generated output.

Effective date: 25 August 2026 · Last updated: 25 August 2026
Important

This is a practical launch template, not legal advice. It must be reviewed and adapted by qualified counsel for the countries where WIMAX and its users operate.

01

Agreement and operator

These Terms are an agreement between you and IE BAI Group and govern your use of WIMAX at https://cognitive-mirror-two.vercel.app/ and through its mobile applications. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The registered address and governing-law details remain subject to owner and legal confirmation before commercial launch.

02

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and meet the minimum age in your country. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, activity under your account and promptly reporting unauthorized access.

03

Voice and meeting recording responsibilities

You may use Meeting Mode only when recording and processing are lawful. Before recording, you must clearly inform every participant that audio will be captured and processed by WIMAX and obtain all required consents or another lawful basis.

  • Do not record private or confidential conversations without authority.
  • Comply with workplace, confidentiality, wiretap, biometric, data-protection and sector-specific rules that apply to you.
  • The in-product confirmation does not provide legal permission and does not replace participant notice.
  • Stop and delete a recording when required by law or a valid participant request.
04

Your content and license to operate the service

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant WIMAX a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, process and create technical derivatives of that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service and fulfill your instructions. You confirm you have the rights needed to submit the content.

05

AI output and external actions

Transcripts, sentiment estimates, summaries, dates, speaker labels and other AI output may be incomplete or wrong. Review important output before relying on it. WIMAX is not medical, legal, financial or emergency advice.

  • External commands require the confirmations shown in the interface.
  • You remain responsible for messages, reminders, calendar events, database changes and other actions executed at your request.
  • Third-party services have their own terms, permissions and availability.
06

Acceptable use

You must not use WIMAX to violate law or another person’s rights, obtain unauthorized access, distribute malware, evade security controls, overload the service, impersonate others or process highly sensitive data where use of the service is prohibited.

07

Availability, suspension and termination

Features may change, be interrupted or be offered as beta. WIMAX may restrict access to protect users, comply with law or address material breaches. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

08

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties. Liability exclusions and any monetary cap must be completed by counsel and cannot override rights that cannot lawfully be waived in your jurisdiction.

09

Changes, governing law and contact

Material changes will be communicated through the service or account contact. The operator is IE BAI Group. Its registered address, legal contact, governing law, venue, consumer exceptions and dispute procedures will be published after the owner and counsel confirm the launch jurisdictions.
